An ambulance, which made it possible to offer health care services to the most underprivileged residents of the Gaza Strip, was completely destroyed by Israel’s air strike on 27 February. In addition to re-equipping itself with an ambulance, the Palestinian Medical Relief (PMR) will have to get the medical equipment necessary for the operation of the ambulance, such as ultrasound and cardiology equipment. The costs will go over more than $70,000.

During Israel’s attack, the building that houses the principal clinic of the Palestinian Medical Relief (PMR) was strongly damaged and will require thousands of dollars to repair. In addition to the severe material damages caused by the bombardment, a five month old baby, Mohammad Nasser Al-Borey, was killed in an adjacent residential building.

The offices of the Palestinian Medical Relief (PMR) were strongly damaged by the Israeli strike. Laboratories’ glass materials were destroyed with numerous medicines, equipment for people with disabilities (including wheelchairs) and thousands of medical files.
